Finanční plánování stavební zakázky z pohledu investora

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je finanční plánováni stavební zakázky z pohledu investora. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů stavební zakázka, finančního plánování, a financování veřejných zakázek z pohledu investora. V praktické části je popsána konkrétní stavební zakázka a je zde zpracován její finanční plán.The purpose of this thesis is a financial planning of building order from the investor’s point of view. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of terms building order, financial planning and public order funding from the investor’s point of view. The practical part describes concrete building order including the financial plan.
