dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu s kadeřnictvím, který je navržený jako dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zázemí domu, skladovací prostory a prádelna. V prvním nadzemním podlaží to jsou prostory kadeřnictví, dále garáž a ostatní obytné místnosti. Druhé nadzemní podlaží slouží pouze obytným účelům. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící na rovinatém terénu. Střecha je navržena jako pultová se dvěma střešními rovinami.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house with the hairdressing saloon, which is designed as a two-floor, partially with the basement. In the basement, there is the technical background of the house, storage rooms and laundry room. On the first floor, there is the hairdressing saloon, as well as a garage and other living rooms. The second floor is used only for residential purposes. The building is designed as a stand-alone house on a flat terrain. The roof is designed as a pent roof with two planes.en
