| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem na zlepšení komunikace firmy KOVO Koukola, s.r.o. Rozeznáváme dva hlavní typy firemní komunikace vnitřní a vnější. V práci jsem se zabývala analýzou obou těchto částí. V návrhové části jsem se zaměřila na vnitřní komunikaci a to zejména se zaměstnanci. Výstupem bakalářské práce je soubor návrhů vedoucích ke zlepšení komunikace mezi managementem firmy a zaměstnanci a mezi managementem firmy a uchazeči o práci. | cs |
