Dům s pečovatelskou službou

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh domu s pečovatelskou službou. Její hlavní část tvoří projekt pro provedení stavby, požární řešení a tepelně technická studie. Projekt pro provádění stavby je vypracován v souladu s vyhláškou č. 499/2006 Sb., příloha č. 2. Dále je vypracována výkresová část, technická zpráva, konstrukční detaily, návrh schodiště a odvodnění střechy, zpráva a výkresy požárního řešení a tepelně technické studie. Tyto jednotlivé návrhy tvoří vstupní údaje pro vypracování projektové dokumentace a mohou složit jako podklad pro žádost o stavební povolení.

The subjekt of the thesis is the project of a day care house. Its main part consists of project for the performance of the building, fire protection of the building and the thermal technical study. The project for the performance of the building is designed in accordance with the Ordinance No. 499/2006 of the Code, the Annexe No. 2 . Next sections include the design part, the technical report, the constructional details, the project of staircase, the draining of roof, the report and technical drawing of the fire protection of the building and the thermal technical study. These particular parts are enter data for project documentation and can be used as a source of the request for the contruction permission.
