Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby samostatně stojícího bytového domu v Novém Jičíně, ve formě projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Jedná se o podsklepený objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími, založen na základových pásech a patkách a zastřešený jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. V nadzemních podlažích je řešeno 13 bytů o velikosti 1+kk až 4+kk s balkony nebo terasami. V suterénu je umístěno technické zázemí, hromadné garáže a skladovací prostory pro obyvatele bytů. Konstrukční systém je stěnový příčný ze zdících prvků HELUZ, s výjimkou suterénního obvodového zdiva, které je ze železobetonu. Stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické železobetonové. Celý objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplením a opatřen provětrávanou fasádou.The subject of the bachelor thesis is a design of a new detached apartment building in Nový Jičín. It is presented as a design documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and four above-ground floors and is covered by a single-shell flat roof. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. There are 13 apartments in the above-ground floors with a size ranging from a studio apartment with a kitchen to 4-room flat with a balcony or a terrace. In the basement, there are technical facilities, garages and storage space for residents of the apartments. The wall cross-section structural system is made from HELUZ masonry units except for the basement external wall which is made of reinforced concrete. The ceiling construction is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation and provided with a ventilated façade.
