dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce zkoumá otázky firemní kultury ve stavebním podniku. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se vztahují k tématu diplomové práce. Cílem práce je vymezit nejdůležitější otázky firemní kultury a na tyto otázky najít odpovědi. Výsledkem je formulování závěrů a doporučení, sestavených na základě výsledků z dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis examines issues of corporate culture in the construction company. In the theoretical part are explained basic concepts that are related to the topic of the thesis. The aim of thesis is to define the most important issues of corporate culture and to find answers to them.
