Kotel na spalování čistého dřeva 60t/h

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním a výpočtovým návrhem parního kotle 60t/h na spalování čistého dřeva. Pro zadané parametry jsou prováděni stechiometrické výpočty a entalpické výpočty spalin a vzduchu. Ze získaných dat je potom vytvořen I-t diagram vzduchu a spalin. V následující části jsou prováděny výpočty tepelné bilance spolu s výpočty ztrát kotle a stanovení tepelné účinnosti kotle. Dále je proveden konstrukční návrh spalovací komory a její tepelný výpočet. Po stanovení hlavních rozměrů spalovací komory pokračujeme ve výpočtu tahů kotle a jednotlivých výhřevných ploch. Na závěr výpočtů se kontroluje celková tepelná bilance. Výstupními parametry kotle jsou teplota, tlak a množství vyrobené páry.
