Marketing prodeje nemovitosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na „Marketing prodeje nemovitosti“ a zabývá se především dostupnosti informací, které jsou poskytovány zákazníkům. Dále novelou zákona o dani z převodu z nemovitostí, kdy nově přechází daňové břemeno na kupujícího, jak působí tato změna v zákoně na trh s nemovitostmi, na realitní kanceláře, prodávající či kupující. Následné řešení sporů či reklamací při nákupu/prodeji nemovitosti a analýzou času, který je potřeba ke schůzkám a k uzavření smlouvy prostřednictvím realitní kanceláře nebo bez její pomoci. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V první části jsou převážně specifikovány základní pojmy související s marketingem, v druhé části je aplikován marketingový výzkum v praxi. V závěru jsou popsány návrhy a případná doporučení ke zlepšení.This bachelor thesis is focused on the "Marketing of sale of the property" and it mainly deals with the availability of information, which are provided to the customers. Further amendment of the law on real estate transfer tax, when the newly passed tax burden on the buyer, how does this change in the law on the real estate market, the realtor, the seller or the buyer. The subsequent resolution of disputes or complaints in the purchase/sale of real estate and the analysis of the time that is needed to meetings and to the conclusion of the contract through a realtor or without her help. The work consists of the theoretical part and the practical. In the first part are mainly specified the basic concepts related to marketing, in the second part it is applied to marketing research in practice. In conclusion are described proposals and possible recommendations for improvement.
