Hodnocení finanční situace podniku a návrhy na její zlepšení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením finanční situace společnosti ABC, a.s. v letech 2011 až 2015. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury, které jsou následně aplikovány na analyzovanou společnost. Ve druhé části je představena zvolená společnost a také provedena strategická a finanční analýza, a to pomocí vybraných metod. V poslední části jsou na základě výsledků provedených analýz navržena opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení stávající finanční situace společnosti.This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of the company ABC, a.s. from 2011 up 2015. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical knowledge from the professional literature that is subsequently applied to the company analysis. The company is introduced in the second part and there is also performed the strategic and financial analysis with the help of the selected methods. In the last part there are suggested the measure on the basic of the results of the analysis that should lead to the improvement of the existing financial situation of the company.
