dc.description.abstract	Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh jednogeneračního rodinného domu. Tato novostavba je navržena jako trvalé bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Objekt je zasazen do mírně svažitého terénu na vybraném pozemku v obci Machová nedaleko Zlína. Budova má dvě nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Garáž pro jeden osobní automobil je součástí rodinného domu. Objekt je navržen ze systému Porotherm. Konstrukci střechy tvoří jednoplášťová plochá střecha inverzní. Objekt je zateplen systémem ETICS. Hlavní vstup je orientován na jihozápad. Výkresová dokumentace potřebná pro realizaci nového rodinného domu je zpracována včetně pěti konstrukčních detailů. Výkresová část byla zpracována v počítačovém programu AutoCAD.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of a single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is situated in a slightly sloping terrain on the selected piece of land in a village Machová close by a city of Zlín. The house has two above ground, and one underground floor. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed in a technology of Porotherm system. The construction of the roof consists of a single flat inverse roof. The object is insulated by ETICS system. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house is worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program AutoCAD.	en
