Variantní technologie a výsledná cena stavebního objektu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění možností substituce stavebních materiálů a její konečný vliv na cenu stavby většího rozsahu. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na analýzu nákladů objektu, výběr vhodných nových materiálů a na sestavení rozpočtu s již novými materiály.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the possibility of substitution of building materials and its influence on the final cost of a larger scale building. The practical part is mainly focused on analysing the cost of the building, selection of new appropriate materials and the final budget with the use of these new materials.
