Součástí této práce je zpracování legislativních, technických a materiálových možností. Akcent je dán na nákladově orientovanou cenu, tržní cenu a analýzu jednotlivých stavebních dílů objektu s výsledným ekonomickým vyhodnocením případové studie.cs
