dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť samostatne stojaci rodinný dom a previesť projektovú dokumentáciu pre prevedenie stavby. Rodinný dom má slúžiť pre účel bývania 4 až 5 člennej rodiiny. Súčasťou rodinného domu je garáž. Objekt má 2 nadzemné podlažia a suterén. Budova je murovaná z keramických tvárnic Porotherm s valbovou strechou. Objekt je situovaný na svažitom teréne.	cs

This house should be able to accommodate family composed by 4-5 members. The part of the huose is garage. The building has 2 floors and basement. The building with hipped roof is based on brick systém Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain.	en
