Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je podnikatelský záměr realizace fotovoltaické elektrárny na střechu jednoho ze skladovacích areálů ve vlastnictví firmy, zhodnocení návratnosti projektu realizovaného v roce 2009 oproti roku 2008 a změn, které mají na tento projekt vliv. Na základě toho zvážím, zda je investice do této oblasti stále výhodná.
The subject of the thesis is a business plan for a photovoltaic power plant installation on the roof of one of the storage facilities owned by the company, the assessment of the return of the project realized in 2009 as compared to 2008, and the changes that have an impact on this project. On this basis, I will determine whether the investment in this area is still profitable
