Abstract
Článek se zabývá využitím multikriteriálního rozhodování v urbanistické praxi, jako vhodných metod pro výběr z více variant možného rozvoje měst. Jednotlivé metody jsou popisovány ve vztahu k tématu disertační práce, která se zabývá hodnocením kvality veřejných prostranství. Cílem článku je, na základě popisu jednotlivých metod, jejich současného využití a systému výpočtu, zvolení konkrétní metody aplikovatelné na hodnocení kvality veřejných prostranství ve středoevropském kontextu.
The review article deals with the use of multi-criteria decision-making process in urban planning practice as a decision tool in making choices of multiple variations of possible urban development. Various methods are described in relation to the chosen topic of the dissertation thesis which is assessment of quality of public spaces. The aim of this article is to choose specific method applicable to the evaluation of the quality of public spaces in the Central European context based on the description of the various methods, their current use and the system of calculating.
