Bytový dům s autoservisem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabýva projektovou dokumentací novostavby bytového domu s autoservisem na úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Obytná část je určena pro bydlení pěti osob. Autoservis je navržen pro tříčlenný personál. Objekt bude situován ve Zlínském kraji, okres Uherské Hradiště, ve městě Uherský Brod. Katastrální území je Uherský Brod - město. Stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepená jedním podzením podlažím. Stavba je navržena jako zděná konstrukce. Svislé konstrukce nadzemní části jsou z tvárnic Porotherm. Obvodová stěna sklepní části je navržena z tvárnic ztraceného bednění Best 50, do kterého jsou vloženy výztuže a jsou zality betonem. Půdorys bytového domu s autoservisem je obdelníkového tvaru s rozměry 19,25 x 10,00 m. Hlavní vstupy do objektu jsou situovány na západní straně. Vjezd do autoservisu je z jižní strany pomocí garážových vrat. Pracovní prostor dílny je dimenzován na tři automobily. Celý objekt je zastřešen pomocí dvouplášťové ploché střechy.The bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of new apartment building with service station on the level of documentation for building permit. The living area is designed for housing five people. Service station is designed for three-person staff. The building will be located in the Zlín Region, District of Uherské Hradiště, in the city of Uherský Brod. The Cadastral area is Uherský Brod - the town. The bulding has two aboveground floors and a partial basement with one underground floor. The building is designed like a brick structure. Vertical structures aboveground parts are made of bricks Porotherm. The side wall of the basement is designed from blocks shuttering Best 50 into which are inserted reinforcement and filling with concrete. Platform of a apartment building with service station is of rectangular shape with dimensions of 19,25 x 10,00 m. The main entrances to the building are located on the west side. The entrance to the service station is on the south side through the garage door. Workspace of workshop is designed for three cars. The entire building is covered using a double-walled flat roofs.
