Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma Problematika organizace realitních kanceláří a jejich činností se zabývá realitní činností a organizací realitních kanceláří na českém realitním trhu. Na základě teoretických poznatků je vypracován dotazník, díky kterému jsou navrženy změny pro zlepšení dané situace.My thesis is called Estate agencies organization and work of the agencies. It concentrates on estate agencies' activity on Czech estate market and on the ways how the agencies are organised. I created a questionnaire based on my theoretical knowledge and having considered the results I am suggesting some changes so that the current situation could be improved.
