Řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku. V teoretické části uvádím původ a definici rizik, klasifikaci rizik, zdroje a řízení rizik a metody snižování rizik. Praktická část je zaměřena na určitou zakázku v konkrétním stavebním podniku. Na tomto projektu je prezentován postup a praktické řešení řízení rizik s návrhy preventivního opatření pro eliminaci rizikových faktorů.The subject of this thesis is risk management in construction companies. The theoretical part describes the origin and definition of risk, risk classification, sources and methods of risk management and risk reduction. The practical part is focused on a particular contract, in the particular construction company. This project presents a practical approach and risk management solutions with suggestions for preventive measures to eliminate risk factors.
