Formy a metody motivace v práci stavebního podniku

Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je v teoretickej časti si definovať jednotlivé pojmy. Práca sa zaoberá dotazníkom, skladajúci sa zo zaujímavých otázok rôznych foriem. V praktickej časti sa stanovujú pracovné hypotézy a následne sa vykonáva dotazníkové šetrenie, týkajúce sa toho ako sú pracovníci spokojný, ako zachádzajú zo svojou energiou, aký zmysel vidia vo svojej práci. Ďalej sa v práci analyzujú získané výsledky a v závere sa porovnáva a doporučuje ich praktické využitie v stavebnej oblasti.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to define individual terms in the theoretical part. The work deals with a questionnaire, consisting of interesting questions of various forms. In the practical part, the working hypotheses are established and then a questionnaire survey is carried out, as to how satisfied workers are, how they come from their energy, what sense they see in their work. Further, the results are analyzed and the results are compared and recommended for practical use in the construction field.
