Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu v katastrálním území obce Rozstání pod Kojálem. Rodinný dům je samostatně stojící na okraji vesnice. Předpokládá se, že dům bude využit pětičlennou rodinou. U domu je přistavěna garáž pro jeden osobní automobil. Garáž není přímo propojena s objektem RD. Zastřešení objektu i garáže je řešeno sedlovými střechami. Konstrukční systém byl zvolen převážně zděný. Na obvodové konstrukce bylo použito zdivo Heluz Family 2in1 – TI tvárnice. Dokumentace je zpracována pro provedení stavby. Výkresová část práce je zpracována počítačovým program AUTOCAD.The aim of this bachelor thesis is a project of a new building of a family house with accommodation situated in the cadastral area of Rozstání pod Kojálem village . The house is sitting on the suburb of the village. This house is designed for a family of 5 members. There is built a garage next to the house. The garage is not directly connected to the family house. Roofing of the garage object is solved by a double pithced roof. For the main wall structural system we have used mainly Porotherm system. There are used Heluz Family 2in1 - TI blocks for the perimeter construction . Documentation has been prepared for this building construction. The graphical part of this documentation has been processed in the AUTOCAD software.
