Analýza a návrh změn motivačního programu vybraného podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou motivačního programu firmy Siemens, s.r.o. odštěpný závod Elektromotory Mohelnice. Zkoumá motivační program firmy, spokojenost zaměstnanců s motivačním programem, s jeho jednotlivými částmi, a zda jsou zaměstnanci motivováni správným způsobem. Z provedených průzkumů vychází vlastní návrhy řešení, které by měly vést ke zvýšení účinnosti motivačního programu a větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců.The B.A. thesis is focused on the motivational plan of the branch of the Siemens Company in Mohelnice. The motivational plan of the Siemens Company is analyzed and the analysis of particular elements of the motivational plan is made. The correctness of application of the motivational plan and its effects on the employees are also examined. The results of the analysis were used for presenting one´s own improved propositions which should lead to higher efficiency of the motivational plan and to greater satisfaction of the employees.
