Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá novostavbou stanicí technické kontroly, kancelářských prostor a ubytování. Stavba je situována do třech nadzemních podlaží, kde v 1NP nalezneme stanici technické kontroly a příslušných kancelářských prostor k obsluze technické linky. Ve 2NP se nachází kancelářské prostory a 3NP je ubytování typu „formula hotel“. Objekt je navržený obdélníkového tvaru s plochou střechou a ve 3NP pochůznou terasou. Nosné konstrukce tvoří zdící systém Porotherm a železobetonové sloupy, které se nachází pouze v 1NP. Nosnou konstrukci stropů tvoří předepnuté stropní nosníky Spiroll a betonová deska. Vnější úpravy povrchu v 1NP je tvořena z pastovité silikátové omítky a zbylé dvě nadzemní podlaží jsou tvořeny z provětrávané fasády. Technická místnost se nachází v 1NP, odkud vede komínové těleso Schiedel. Většinu podlahových ploch v objektu tvoří koberec a nebo dlažba, jen v servisní lince je epoxidový nátěr.This thesis deals with a new building technical control station, office space and hotel. The building is situated on three floors, on the first floor we find technical inspection station and office premises manual technical lines. On the second floor there are offices. On the third there is a hotel. The building is designed by a rectangular shape with a flat roof and on the third floor there is a trafficable terrace. The supporting structure consists masonry Porotherm and reinforced concrete system columns, which is found only on the first floor. The supporting structure of tensioned ceiling consists of prestressed beams ceilings Spiroll a concrete slab. External surface finish on the first floor is made up of silicate plaster paste and the remaining two floors are made of ventilated facades. Utility room is located on the first floor, from where a chimney Schiedel is build. Most of the floor space in the building are made of a carpet or tiles, only in the service line is epoxy coating
