Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rekonstrukce a rozšíření budov základní a mateřské školy, které již kapacitně nevyhovují a nesplňují požadavky současného školství a výuky. Projekt je zasazen do dynamicky se proměňující městské části Brna – Husovic, které v souvislosti s plánovanou výstavbou nových developerských projektů v oblastech bývalých průmyslových brownfieldů očekávají výrazný nárůst počtu obyvatel. Cílem práce je navrhnout moderní řešení, které propojí původní historickou budovu s novou přístavbou a zároveň efektivně využije prostorově omezený pozemek, obklopený hustou městskou zástavbou. Návrh klade důraz na současné principy školní architektury a snaží se reagovat na aktuální potřeby vzdělávacího procesu v kontextu rozvoje městské čtvrti.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of the reconstruction and extension of primary school and kindergarten buildings that no longer meet current capacity requirements or the demands of contemporary education. The project is situated in the dynamically transforming Brno district of Husovice, which is expected to experience significant population growth due to planned new development projects on former industrial brownfield sites. The aim of the thesis is to propose a modern solution that will connect the original historic building with the new extension and at the same time effectively use the spatially limited land, surrounded by dense urban development. The design emphasizes contemporary principles of school architecture and seeks to respond to the current needs of the educational process in the context of the district’s urban development.
