Obnova lázní Zábrdovice

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je stavba krytého bazénu v městské části Brno Zábrdovice. Prostor celého pozemku sestává z letního koupaliště, budovy zimních lázní a novostavby krytého bazénu. Stavba krytého bazénu je konstrukčně i výškově členěna na tři části. První část tvoří vstupní hala, na kterou navazuje část druhá s příslušenstvím bazénu (recepce, šatny, sprchy, toalety, pára), a s restaurací v druhém patře. Z restauračního prostoru lze díky skleněné stěně pozorovat dění v bazénové hale. Třetí část tvoří samotná bazénová hala s plaveckým bazénem délky 25m a vířivkou. Celková kapacita osob bazénu je 100. Celý suterén slouží jako technické zázemí bazénu. Navrhovaný objekt slouží jako veřejná stavba pro plavání a odpočinek. Je zde řešen bezbariérový přístup v celém objektu včetně bezbariérového přístupu do plaveckého bazénu.The subject of my thesis is the project of an indoor swimming pool in the part of Brno- Zábrdovice. The space of the site comprises an outdoor swimming pool, a building of winter‘s spa and a new building of indoor pool. The building of the indoor pool is divided into three parts according to the construction and the altitude. The first part contains an entrance hall, which is followed by the second part where can be found facilities of the swimming pool (reception, changing rooms, showers, toilets, steam rooms), and a restaurant on the second floor. From the area of the restaurant, it is possible to observe through a glass wall the activity in the hall of the pool. The third part is the actual hall of the pool with the swimming pool of the length of 25metres and the whirlpool. The capacity of the pool is about 100 people. The entire basement is used as technical facilities of the swimming pool. The proposed building is used as a public building for swimming and relaxes. There is solved a wheelchair accessible in the whole area, even the barrier free swimming pool.
