dc.description.abstract	Projekt zpracovává technickou dokumentaci samostatně stojícího rodinného domu s motoservisem v nově zastavovaném území. Stavba se nachází v obci Lysá nad Labem. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží, je nepodsklepený. V 1.NP je provozovna – motoservis určena pro majitele domu. V domě je garáž s jedním parkovacím stáním pro osobní automobil. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu a je vyzděn ze stavebního systému Porotherm. Střecha nad 2.NP je pultová se sklonem 10%. Střešní krytina je falcovaná plechová. Střecha nad 1.NP je řešena jako plochá s minimálním sklonem 3%. Je řešena jako pochozí.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The project processes technical documentation of a detached family house with motoservis in the newly pulled over territory. The building i located in Lysá nad Labem. The building has two floors and no basement. In the first floor there is the workshop – motoservis for the homeover. The house has a garage with parking for one car. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building sytem Porotherm. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 10%. Roofing is skived metal. The roof of the first floor is designed as a flat with minimum slope 3%. It is designed for walking.	en
