| dc.description.abstract | Práci na téma Kritická analýza bytového fondu v ČR, jsem si vybrala pro svoji aktuálnost a problematičnost. Snaţila jsem se v práci obsáhnout veškerá úskalí bydlení – legislativu, která byla přijata a z ní plynoucí situace bydlení na trhu. Řešením problému regulovaného „privilegovaného“ nájemného a nájemného trţního. Nastiňuji dále, jak se stát stará o sociálně slabší obyvatelstvo (příspěvek na bydlení) od roku 2009 jeho vyuţití občany prudce vzrostl. Práce se snaţí charakterizovat bydlení v Praze, Brně a Ostravě. Cílem problematiky bydlení je to skončení regulace nájmů celková liberalizace trhu s nemovitostmi. K analyzování problémů je vypracovaný dotazník, který sleduje bytovou vybavenost v jednotlivých krajích. Největším problémem jsem shledala nedostatečné vybavení sociálních bytů, řešení je ovšem jak finančně tak časově náročné. | cs |
