| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with the issue related to recognition and assessment of the failures or the defects as the cause of car accidents . The great emphasis is laid in the need to safeguard the damaged car parts shortly after a traffic accident and their proper storage, that ensure their eventual further examination as a source of a correct analyses of the car crash event. The practical examples are given , e.g. how not taking the samples of the damaged car parts can make a correct analyses impossible, or on the other hand, how a timely inspection of a car right after a traffic accident has happened can lead to the better and more correct analyses. The final conclusion is given in the end of this work: in case the decision about taking and a storage of the damaged car parts has not been made right at the location where there was a traffic accident, the possibility of providing the correct analyses decreases significantly. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Článek se zabývá problémem souvisejícím s rozpoznáním a hodnocením poruch jako příčin dopravních nehod automobilů. Důraz se zde klade na potřebu zajištění poškozených dílů vozidel krátce po dopravní nehodě a jejich kvalitní uschování, které zajistí jejich případné další zkoumání jako zdroj pro korektní analýzu nehodového děje. Jsou zde uvedeny praktické příklady jak může neodebrání vzorků poškozených částí vozidla znemožnit korektní analýzu, nebo naopak jak včasná prohlídka vozidla po dopravní nehodě může analýzu směřovat zcela opačným směrem. Na konci práce je uveden závěr, že není-li o odběru a uskladnění poškozené části rozhodnuto hned na místě dopravní nehody, snižuje se významným způsobem možnost korektní analýzy. | cs |
