Dům s obecními byty a fitness

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu domu s obecními byty a s provozem fitness centra. Objekt bude situován na parcele v severozápadní části města Ždírec nad Doubravou. Vzhled a členitost stavby jsou navrženy tak, aby nenarušovaly výraz okolní zástavby v malém městě na Vysočině. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený dům se třemi nadzemními podlažími. Střecha objektu je navržena jako sedlová s nosnou konstrukcí z příhradových vazníků GANG-NAIL ve sklonu 12°. Provoz fitness centra splňuje svojí kapacitou požadavky malého města. Prostorné byty jsou navrženy v dispozicích 1+kk – 3+kk. Objekt je projektován s ohledem na možnost bezbariérového bydlení. Dispoziční rozmanitost jednotlivých bytových jednotek uspokojí široké spektrum požadavků budoucích nájemníků.This thesis offers a project for newly build house with municipal flats and the fitness center. The building will be situated on a plot of land in the northwestern part of the town Ždírec nad Doubravou. Appearance and topografy of this building is adjusted to the surrounding buildings in a small town in the Vysočina. This is a partial basement house with three floors. The roof of the building is designed as a saddle with a supporting structure of trusses GANG-NAIL at an angle of 12 °. Capacity of fitness center fulfills requirements of a small town. The roomy apartments are designed in 1 + kk - 3 + kk. The building is designed with regard to the possibility of barrier-free housing. Disposition diversity of housing units meets a range of requirements of future tenants.
