PSEUDO-DIFERENČNÍ KMITOČTOVÉ FILTRY

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá pseudo-diferenčními kmitočtovými filtry. Hlavní částí práce je návrh pseudo-diferenčních struktur. Práce popisuje zejména přínos pseudo-diferenčních obvodů v oblasti analogové techniky pomocí zkombinování nediferenčních a plně diferenčních kmitočtových filtrů. Zároveň popisuje vytváření takových to struktur pomocí transformací z nediferenčních obvodů v napěťovém i proudovém režimu. V hlavní části je prezentováno sedm nově navržených pseudo-diferenčních filtrů pomocí proudových konvejorů. Vybrané filtrační struktury jsou optimalizovány z hlediska neideálních vlastností aktivních prvků. Práce propojuje velmi diskutovaná témata, již zmíněné pseudo-diferenční filtry, filtry vyššího ale i fraktálního řádu. Funkčnost nových řešení je ve všech případech ověřena simulacemi a ve většině případů ověřena experimentálním měřením.The doctoral thesis focuses on pseudo-differential frequency filters. The main part of the thesis is the design of pseudo-differential structures. The thesis describes the benefits of pseudo-differential circuits in the field of analog technology by combining single-ended and fully-differential frequency filters. At the same time, it describes the creation of such structures using transformations from single-ended circuits in voltage and current mode. In the main part, seven newly designed pseudo-differential filters using current conveyors are presented. The selected filter structures are optimized in terms of non-ideal properties of the active elements. The work connects highly discussed topics, the already mentioned pseudo-differential filters, higher-order and fractional-order filters. The functionality of new solutions is in all cases verified by simulations and in most cases verified by experimental measurements.
