dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu s kadeřnictvím, včetně podrobného řešení konstrukčních detailů. Objekt je navržen jako jednopodlažní, částečně podsklepený. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí domu, skladovací prostory, prádelna a garáž. V prvním nadzemním podlaží to jsou prostory kadeřnictví, a ostatní obytné místnosti. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící na mírně svažitém terénu, kterého dům využívá pro příjezd do garáže v suterénu. Střecha je navržena plochá jednoplášťová.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor work deals with the project documentation of a house with a hairdressing salon, including a detailed solution of construction details. The house is designed as a single -floor house, with a basement under a part of it. In the basement there is a technical background of the house, storage space, a utility room and a garage. On the ground floor there is a hairdressing salon and other rooms. The house is designed as a detached house situated on a gently sloping terrain, which makes the access into the basement garage possible. The roof is designed flat with single casing.	en
