Abstract

V této diplomové práci je zpracován podnikatelský záměr rozšíření projekčně stavební firmy. Je zde zahrnut teoretický popis podnikatelského záměru a vlastní návrh obsahující postupy řešení realizace rozšíření.This diploma thesis deals with the business plan on expanding the design-building company. It covers theoretical description of the business aims and the proposition itself containing the procedures of how expansion can be realized.
