dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je návrh městského domu v lokalitě blízké centrální části Brna jako alternativy ke stávajícím monofunkčním zónám a vytypování vhodných funkcí pro zadané území. Koncept je založen na kompaktním městském bloku, který komunikuje v parteru s děním v ulici a propojuje ho s děním v domě prostřednictvím vnitřního atria. V rámci intenzivní struktury se návrh zaměřuje složku bydlení, která ze středů měst mizí. Předpokladem pro vytvoření kvalitního obytného prostředí bylo vyzdvižení této vrstvy na třípodlažní platformu, která integruje komerci, kulturu a administrativu. Střecha platformy současně slouží jako zelená střešní terasa s vegetací, která je bariérou proti hluku a znečištění. Nabízí tak bezpečný a klidný prostor pro rekreaci a hry dětí v rušné části města. Důležitým hlediskem, na které byl kladen velký důraz, bylo propojení jednotlivých provozů nejen v rámci domu, ale i v rámci města. Funkce domu a prostor ulice jsou vzájemně propojeny prostřednictvím ústředního veřejného atria, jež se stává místem lidských kontaktů. Obytný celek je se zbytkem domu propojen velkým střešním světlíkem propouštějícím sluneční paprsky skrz vegetaci zelené střešní terasy. Dům tak svůj provoz neskrývá, ale naopak „žije společně s městem“.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The main goal of the project is to design a city house near the central part of Brno as an alternative for the existing monofunctional zones and finding out the most suitable functions for the area. The idea is based on a compact city block which communicates with the events on the streets and connects them together to the house via inner atrium. Within the intensive urban structure, housing was chosen for the most important component because nowadays it disappears from the city centres. As the prerequisite for the high-quality living, the residential floors were raised on a three-storey platform which integrates the culture, offices and the commercial use. The roof of the platform is also used as a green roof terrace with a lot of vegetation which protects the living against the polution and noise from the traffic. So it becomes a safe and calm place for the relaxation and children´s games in a busy part of the city. The important point of view where the emphasis was placed was connecting all the functions together not only within the house itself, but also within the range of the whole city. The house functions and the street area are mutually connected via inner public atrium which becomes the important people meeting site. The residential floors are connected to the rest of the house through the large roof skylight which allows the sun rays to reach the lower floors. So the city house doesn´t hide its purpose on its own, but rather "lives together with the city".	en
