dc.description.abstract	Projekt Obnova staré pošty Rousínov se nachází v centru města Rousínov na Sušilově náměstí, asi 20 km východně od Brna. Novou náplní je přechodné ubytování specifického typu hostel. V rámci projektu je řešen jednak stávající objekt barokní budovy, která je rekonstruována a nově využita, a objekt novostavby, kde se bude nacházet kavárna a recepce hostelu. Oba objekty jsou spojeny prosklenou pasáží využívanou jako zimní zahrada, v letních měsících lze pasáž otevřít do exteriéru. Konstrukce je u historické budovy převážně stávající sdispozičními změnami. Dřevěný krov mansardy bude vyměněn a nahrazen moderním krovem ze sbíjených vazníků, tvar střechy bude zachován. Konstrukce novostavby je zděná v úrovni suterénu a v části nadzemního podlaží. Výrazným prvkem je zde prosklená část stavby se sloupky z ocelových profilů a dvojitým izolačním zasklením. Z architektonického hlediska bude zachován vzhled objektu bývalé pošty s výraznou mansardovou střechou, římsami a šambránami kolem oken, šestidílným členěním okenních výplní. Také novostavba proporčně a půdorysně respektuje historickou dominantu. Nový objekt svým architektonickým tvaroslovím baroknímu objektu nekonkuruje a díky výraznému prosklení působí subtilně.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The project of The Reconstruction of the Former Post Office in Rousinov is located in the centre of the city Rousinov at Susilovo namesti, approximatelly 20 km east of Brno. The new objective is contemporary tourist accommodation - hostel. As a part of this project, there is the existing historic building in the style of Baroque era on one side, which is reconstructed and reused, and the newly constructed building, which is used as cafeteria and reception. These buildings are connected by a glass passage way with winter indoor garden that can be entirely opened to the exterior during the summer season. The construction of the historic building is mostly current with a few changes in floor plan. The wooden construction of the mansard roof will be replaced by a system of modern wooden timber roof trusses, preserving the current exterior shape of the roof. The construction of the new building is made of concrete bricks in the underground level and a part of the above ground level. The distinctive element is the glass construction, using stainless steel support system and double insulated glass. From the architectural point of view, the current design of the historic building will be maintained with the distinctive mansard roof, cornices, chambranles round windows and window grid pattern 2 x 3. As well as that, the new building respects the old landmark according to it’s dimensions and floor plan. The newly constructed building doesn’t rival the old one, on the other hand it appears to be lighter and more elegant.	en
