Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je Rodinný dům s provozovnou. Novostavba je dvoupodlažní a nepodsklepená, půdorys je členitý. Obytná část rodinného domu bude určena pro užívání čtyřčlenné rodiny a provozovna bude sloužit jako masážní studio. Svislý nosný systém je navržen z cihelných tvarovek Porotherm. Střecha bude plochá jednoplášťová. Součástí prvního nadzemního podlaží je i garáž pro jeden osobní automobil. Nad garáží v úrovni druhého nadzemního podlaží je navržena terasa.The topic of the bachelor´s thesis is a house with an establishment. The building is designed with two floors, without the cellar and the plan is dissected. The residental part of the house will be used by a family of four and the establishment will be used as a massage studio. Vertical structures will be from the Porotherm briks. The house will be covered with a flat single-casing roof. On the first floor there is also a garage for one car. There will be a terrace above the garage.
