Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace k provedení novostavby penzionu s restaurací a wellness. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící stavba se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a vinným sklepem. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází restaurace s wellness. Ve druhém nadzemní podlaží se nachází 14 pokojů pro hosty. Objekt je založen na základových pasech. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří keramické zdivo Heluz a stropní panely Spiroll. Objekt je zastřešen vegetační plochou střechou. Výkresová část je zpracována v programu AutoCAD.The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of the new development, a boarding house with a restaurant and wellness centre. The object is designed as a detached building with two floor and wine cellar. The first floor above ground contains a restaurant and wellness centre. On the second floor there are 14 rooms for rent. The object foundation base are foundation strips. The load-bearing structure is a clay masonry and prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll. The object is roofed with a flat green roof. The drawing is processed with help of AutoCAD software.
