Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení finanční a obchodní výkonnosti společnosti SVITAP J. H. J. spol. s r. o. pomocí metody benchmarking. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska pro danou problematiku. V druhé části je představena vybraná společnost a provedena situační analýza společnosti. Následující část obsahuje stěžejní část diplomové práce. Jedná se o samotný benchmarking společnosti a vybraných konkurentů. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty hlavní poznatky provedených analýz a představeny doporučení ke zlepšení finanční výkonnosti společnosti.This master´s thesis focuses on the assessment of the financial and business performance of the company SVITAP J. H. J. spol. s r. o. by using the methods of benchmarking. First part of the work provides a theoretical background for the issue. The second part of the thesis contains instroduction of the company and situational analysis of the company. In the main part of the thesis is the acutal benchmarking of the company with selected competitors. On top of that I present possible recommendations for the selected company in order to enhance or even eliminate identified weaknesses.
