Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení novostavby rodinného domu. Dům bude postaven ve městě Krnov ve stávajícím zastavitelném území. Dům bude sloužit jako stavba pro bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Objekt je částečně podsklepený, se dvěma nadzemními podlažími, kde druhé nadzemní podlaží tvoří obytné podkroví. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou. Součástí objektu je garáž pro jeden osobní automobil, která je přístupná z exteriéru i z chodby rodinného domu. Obvodové nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny keramickým zdivem v nadzemním podlaží a ztraceným bedněním v úrovni pod terénem. Stropní konstrukce sestává z nosníků a vložek. Schodiště je prefabrikované. Hlavní dominantou objektu jsou velké prosklené plochy, prosklený schodišťový prostor a pochozí terasa nad garáží. Výkresová dokumentace je zpracována v programu AutoCAD.The subject of this bachelor thesis is an elaboration of design documentation for new building of a detached house realization. The house will be built in Krnov at the current built-up area. The house will be used as a housing for family of four. The object is partially basemented, with two floors, where the second floor makes up an attic. The building is covered with a mono-pitched roof. One part of the object is a garage for one car, which is accessible from the exterior and from the hall. External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic masonry in above-ground floor and of permanent formwork at a level below the ground. Floor structure consists of girder and inserts. The staircase is prefabricated. The dominant feature of the building are large glazed area, glazed staircase space and walkable terrace above the garage. The documentation are drawn in AutoCAD program.
