dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexním návrhem projektové dokumentace novostavby motelu u Novomlýnských nádrží s rozptýlenou zástavbou. Objekt je situován u dálnice D52 v katastrálním území obce Perná. Motel je navržen pro přechodné ubytování hostů, stravování a rekreaci. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní nepodsklepenou budovu s plochou střechou. Hlavní budova je doplněna čtyřmi bungalovy. Stavba je navržena z tradičních stavebních materiálů. Motel je uzpůsoben pro návštěvníky s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Diploma thesis deals with the complex design documentation of newly-built motel near the Novomlýnských ponds with separate buildings. The building is situated near the D52 motorway in the cadastral Perná. The motel is designed for temporary accommodation, eating and recreation. It is a two-storey building with flat roof and without a basement. Besides the main building, there are also four bungalows. The building is designed with traditional building materials. The hotel is desingned for visitors with limited mobility and orientation.	en
