Informační model bytového domu – stavební část

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou informačního modelu bytového domu v programu Autodesk Revit. Zájmový objekt je dvanáctipatrový bytový dům, nacházející se na ulici Herčíkova v Brně Králově Poli. Cílem bylo vytvořit 3D model stavební části objektu, který bude sloužit jako podklad pro technickou a administrativní správu budovy. V první fázi byly převzaty informační modely budovy 1. podzemního podlaží, 1. nadzemního podlaží a zaměřen střešní prostor pomocí laserového skenování. Získaná data byla následně georeferencována a použita pro vytvoření digitálního modelu budovy. Výsledný model byl publikován v prostředí Trimble Connect, kde došlo k jeho propojení s dalšími dokumenty. Důraz byl kladen na správné strukturování informací a možnost budoucího využití modelu při plánování údržby, rekonstrukcí a evidenci stavebních prvků.The diploma thesis deals with the creation of an information model of an apartment building in the Autodesk Revit program. The object of interest is a twelve-story apartment building located on Herčíkova Street in Brno Královo Pole. The goal was to create a 3D model of the building part, which will serve as a basis for the technical and administrative management of the building. In the first phase, the building information models of the 1st underground floor, the 1st above-ground floor were taken over and the roof space was measured using laser scanning. The obtained data was subsequently georeferenced and used to create a digital model of the building. The resulting model was published in the Trimble Connect environment, where it was connected to other documents. Emphasis was placed on the correct structuring of information and the possibility of future use of the model in planning maintenance, reconstruction and recording of building elements.
