Abstract
Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma motorest. Dům je navržen v systému Porotherm. Má 3 nadzemní podlaží a suterén. Suterení zdivo je vyzděno ze ztraceného bednění Best. Střecha je sedlová se sklonem 12°. Veškeré konstrukce odpovídají ČSN 73 0540.
