Alternativní řešení zastřešení bytového domu v Brně

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením technologické etapy zastřešení bytového domu v Brně. Tato práce zahrnuje stavebně – průvodní a souhrnnou technickou zprávu, technologické předpisy vztahující se k problematice řešené etapy, návrh strojní sestavy pro danou etapu, technickou zprávu širších dopravních vztahů, zprávu o bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci, kontrolní a zkušební plány vztahující se k etapě zastřešení, zprávu o ochraně životního prostředí, rozpočet a harmonogram. Součástí je návrh alternativního řešení zastřešení a porovnání z hlediska finančního i časového.Presented bachelor thesis deals with a solution of technological phase concerning roofing of a residential building in Brno. The thesis includes accompanying report and summary technical report, technological regulations focused on mentioned technological phase, proposal of general construction machines, mechanisms and tools. Moreover the thesis includes chapters as technical report of transport solutions, health and safety plan, quality control plan, environment and health plan, budget as well as time plan (construction schedule) of a relevant technological phase. Part of the thesis is focused on an alternative solutions of roofing and their comparison with respect to finances and activity duration.
