Abstract
Diplomová práce řeší problematiku rozvoje montážní firmy. Zabývá se analýzou současného stavu firmy Biomont, jejího okolí a rozborem faktorů na firmu působících. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsem vypracovala návrh dalšího rozvoje této firmy.
This Master´s thesis is focused on the development problems of montage firm. It analyses the current situation of the firm Biomont, its environment and other factors influencing the firm. On the basis of these findings, proposals are suggested for the further development of this firm.
