Abstract
V projektu je zpracována kompletní dokumentace novostavby rodinného domu na úrovni dokumentace pro provedeni stavby. Rodinný dům je navržen pro pětičlennou rodinu.Objekt se nachází na okraji obce Šlapanice.Terén je svažitý. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu , je vyzděn ze stavebního systému HELUZ a je zastřešen plochou střechou. Zastavěná plocha je 187,71 m2.
The project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to family house the level of documentation for building construction.House is designed for a family of five. The building is located on the outskirts of Šlapanice. The terrain is sloping. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete, is built from the building system HELUZ and is covered with a flat roof. Built-up area is 187,71 m2.
