dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá možnými způsoby financování stavební zakázky. Nejprve je rozebrána struktura a postavení investora, kterým je zde nezisková organizace, na stavebním trhu a poté je vše popsáno na skutečném projektu, kde jsou analyzovány finanční zdroje, kterými byl tento investiční záměr hrazen. Poslední částí práce je navržení možných jiných finančních zdrojů, kterými by nezisková organizace mohla financovat svůj stavební projekt.	cs

The first part discusses the structure and position of the investor, which is a non-profit organization on the construction market and then everything is described on a real project.Here are analyzed financial resources, which was paid for this investment plan. The last part is a suggestion of possible other financial resources that would profit organization to finance your construction project.	en
