Kritické porovnání vlastnického a nájemního bydlení

Abstract

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na riešenie otázky financovania bývania v Slovenskej republike. Približuje pohľad na aktuálnu situáciu v SR v oblasti bývania, trhu s nehnuteľnosťami a možných spôsobov financovania bývania. Teoretické poznatky následne aplikuje v praktickej časti na modelovom príklade. Práca obsahuje taktiež riešenie otázky financovania a rozhodovania o najvhodnejšej forme bývania, a teda či uprednostniť vlastnícke bývanie alebo žiť v podnájme. Pri rozhodovaní bude braný ohľad taktiež na individuálne potreby človeka a na jeho finančnú situáciu.This bachelor thesis focuses on questions of home financing in The Slovak republic. A closer look is taken at the current situation in housing ground, real estate market and possible ways of home financing in Slovakia. Consequently, theoretical knowledge has been expressed in the model example, in the practical part of thesis. Simultaneously, the thesis contains a question of financing as well as decision making about the most suitable form of housing, namely, whether to prefer home ownership to rental. The consideration taken in decision-making will focus on individual human needs together with the financial situation.
