Rodinný dům s provozovnou

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie novostavby rodinného domu s provozovňou v katastrálnom územi mesta Senica. Objekt je podpivničený a má dve nazdemné podlažia, atypický pôdorys a plochú strechu. Dom bude slúžiť pre bývanie päť člennej rodiny, v provozovni sa počíta s tromi pracovníkmi a garáž je určená pre jeden osobný automobil. Výkresová dokumentácia je spracovaná v programe AutoCAD. Pri zpracovaní bol kladený dôraz na správne dispozičné riešenie, architektonické riešenie, správne statické požiadavky a bezpečné užívanie stavby.The aim of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of projekt of newly-built detached house with the establishment in the cadastral unit of municipality Senica. It is an object composed of one basement and two floors, there is an atypical floor plan and a flat roof.The house will be used by a family of five people, in the establishment there will be three employees and garage will be for one automobile. The drawings is processed in AutoCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural desing, static requirements and safety construction usage.
