dc.description.abstractŘešené místo se nachází v katastrálním území Brno Zábrdovice. Pozemek je v neuzavřeném městském bloku se dvěma holými štíty, parcela je využívána jako parkoviště. V blízkosti se nachází základní škola a gymnázium, přímo naproti parcele je dětské divadlo Radost. V Zábrdovicích jsou obrovské absence veřejného prostoru a městského parteru. Převládá zde bydlení bez kombinace s obchody, službami nebo administrativou. Hmota na situaci reaguje doplněním uliční čáry a uzavřením bloku s prolomeným nárožím, které vytvoří prostor náměstí před divadlem a zahradu ve vnitrobloku. Řešené místo neodpovídá měřítku okolních budov. Rytmus uliční čáry udává průměrná délka parcely 15m. Stavba je do ulice Stará dělená v jejím typickém rytmu. Dotvářený uliční profil zrcadlí stejnou výšku římsy protějších objektů. Naopak do náměstí jsou orientované dvě větší hmoty, které vytváří společně s divadlem důstojný prostor. Ve vnitrobloku je umístněný dlouhý a nízký pavlačový dům. Hmota vytváří tři prostory s různými stupni intimity a ve vztahu k nim tři různá funkční využití. Do náměstí je orientována veřejná budova s kancelářemi, ateliéry a kavárnou, do vnitrobloku je orientováno většina bytů a do intimnější zahrady domov pro seniory.cs
dc.description.abstractThe designed site is situated in cadastral area of Brno Zábrdovice. The land is located in an opened housing estate with two plain gables and the parcel now serves as a parking site. A primary school and a grammar school is located nearby. Opposite the parcel there is a children’s theatre called Radost. In Zábrdovice there is a lack of public sites and municipal parterre. Majority of buildings has residential function and shops, administrative offices and services are missing. The building resolves the situation by adding street line and closing the block with broke through corner, which creates a space for a garden in the inner area and for a square in front of the theatre. The building in Stará street is designed in harmony with the original style of the street. Profile of the street reflects the height of the ledges on the opposite side’s buildings. To the square, contrarily, the two large building are directed and together with the theatre they create quite a lot of space. In the inner area a long and low courtyard balcony house is situated. The edifice creates three areas each with different level of privacy and also with different function. A public building with offices, ateliers and a café, while majority of the flats are oriented to the inner area and home for elderly people to a peaceful garden.en
