Nájemní bydlení

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je popis institutu nájmu bytu, vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se této problematiky. Práce se především specializuje na analýzu a popis nájemního bydlení a jeho dostupností pro obyvatelstvo a koncepci sociálního bydlení, uplatňovanou v České Republice. Cílem práce je rozbor nájemního bydlení na území města Český Těšín. Ve své práci jsem se snažila shrnout, jak lze zvýšit dostupnost bytů a jejich vybavenost. Pokusila jsem se zhodnotit situaci na trhu s bydlením, a to hlavně s nájemním bydlením a koncepci sociálního bydlení v České Republice. K analýze stavu bytového fondu města Český Těšín jsem využila materiály, zveřejňované městským úřadem, bytovým družstvem, církví a realitními společnostmi. Pro analýzu cenových poměrů nájmu jsem použila data poskytnuta realitní kanceláře a data získaná z dotazníkového šetření.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is description of renting apartment, demarcation of basic concepts regarding this issue. Work has mainly specialized in the analysis and description of the rental housing and its accessibility for the population and the concept of social housing , applied in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is an analysis of rental housing in the city Czech Cieszyn. In my work I have tried to summarize how you can increase the availability of housing and amenities. I tried to assess the situation on the housing market , especially rental housing and the concept of social housing in the Czech Republic. To analyze the state of housing fund in the Czech Cieszyn , I used the materials published by the municipality , housing cooperatives , churches and real estate companies . For an analysis of pricing conditions of the lease , I used data provided real estate brokers and data obtained from the survey.
