dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je Municipální bytová politika. Je rozdělena na tři části, dvě z nich jsou teoretické a jedna praktická. První teoretická část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou bytové politiky, popisuje roli státu v této oblasti a obecné cíle, které by měla bytová politika plnit. Ve druhé teoretické části je popsána Státní bytová koncepce z roku 2005, její cíle a jejich naplnění. Je zde uveden aktuální stav bytového fondu České republiky a popis podpor bydlení, které je v současné době možné získat. Teoretická část je zaměřena na bytovou politiku měst či obcí, tedy municipální bytovou politiku. Poukazuje na možnost správy bytového fondu města více způsoby, a to prostřednictvím správce a příslušného odboru. Na vzoru dvou konkrétních měst je ukázán rozdíl ve způsobu správy, veškerých nákladech a rozdělení kompetencí.cs
dc.description.abstractThe topic of the thesis is municipal housing policy. It is divided into three parts – two theoretical, one practical. The first theoretical part explains general characteristics of the housing policy, describes the role of the state and the goals in general. The second theoretical part presents the State Housing Concept from 2005, its goals, their fulfilment, current situation of the housing stock, as well as available sources of support. The practical part focuses on the housing policy of towns and cities, i.e. municipal housing policy. It shows various ways to manage municipal houses – via housekeeping companies and relevant municipal departments. An example of two existing towns shows the differences in the ways of management, budgets and division of powers.en
