Úloha lidí v systému managementu kvality

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá rolí lidského faktoru v systému managementu kvality. Nejprve je zde nastíněna základní problematika oboru, společně se stručným popisem historického vývoje. Následuje rozbor oblastí managementu, ve kterých má úloha lidí nejvýraznější dopad na kvalitu. Ze závěrů uvedených v práci jasně vyplývá závažnost personálního pojetí managementu.This thesis deals with the role of the human factor in the quality management system. First, there is outlined the basic issue of the field, together with a brief description of historical development. Following is analysis of the areas of management, in which has the role of the people most significant impact on quality. The conclusions of the thesis clearly shows the seriousness of personnel management concepts.
